the OFFICIAL Guess That Car! thread

OK.........here's a BIG hint

Look at the "candles" in the coach lights.

I'm aware of 1915 and 1916 a model. May have been a couple of more years, not sure.

OK, an easy one

OK, a picture from the front is normally a give-away.

I chose this particular car since the mfgr. name on the front hood has been removed.

Okay, I googled DeSoto and from what I saw on Wiki I don't believe that's it. I remember that round emblem but don't remember what car had it. :bonk:

If the manufacturers NAME has been removed, it might be a 1949 Ford. It is had an EMBLEM removed it might be a 1950 Ford. The easiest way for me to tell them apart was the tail lights.

Ding Ding Ding, we have a winner!!! It's a classic. It was a muscle car before the 1955+ cars came along.

It was one of my Dad's first/favorite cars. The stories he could tell about running that thing.

Ahhh nice old woody. I've never seen one with that much wood. I'll agree on it being a Chevy.

^ Technically yes, lol. It's supposed to be a March Superturbo, but I guess that's a more specific thing. The March's are also called Micra's from what I understand. The superturbo had, just as the name implies, a supercharger and a turbo. I can only imagine what tuning one of those things would be like.
